1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Versper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Versper is a mobile application, published by Deep IT Consulting, that helps students understand their homework. You take a photo of a problem and Versper shows a step-by-step solution. You can ask questions about a step, and create practice quizzes from a solved problem or from your own notes.
3. User Accounts
You can try Versper as a guest. To keep your work across devices and to use certain features, you need an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. AI-Generated Content
Solutions, explanations and quizzes are generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided to help you learn and can contain mistakes. Always check your own work before you turn it in. Versper does not guarantee that a solution is correct or complete, or that it matches what your teacher or exam expects.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Versper is free to download and includes a limited number of free solutions and quizzes. Versper Plus gives you more, within daily fair-use limits. It is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as an Exam Week Pass: 7 days of Plus, paid once, that does not renew.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and can change for future periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
- Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
- Use the Service for academic dishonesty or plagiarism
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Versper and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you upload remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing our services.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including how your content is sent to an AI model to create your solutions and quizzes.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
